委內瑞拉與大陸達成200億美元協定

正在北京訪問的委內瑞拉總統馬杜洛（Nicholas Maduro）昨天表示，已經和中國大陸達成雙邊協定，大陸將向飽受油價大跌衝擊的委內瑞拉帶來200億美元資金。

根據華爾街日報今天報導，馬杜洛昨天在與大陸國家主席習近平會面後向記者宣布委中新的雙邊協定，包括能源、工業和房地產領域。

但是，對於上述領域合作細節，馬杜洛沒有透露。

馬杜洛表示，針對委內瑞拉的經濟戰和石油價格戰，「給了我們向盟國靠攏的機會」。

國際原油價格近來大跌，衝擊俄羅斯和委內瑞拉等國。不過，大陸最近不但增加俄羅斯石油進口，也與委內瑞拉達成200億美元的雙邊協定，似乎藉此增加國際影響力。
