中日海上聯絡機制達一定共識

據大陸國防部網站消息，中日兩國防務部門1月12日在東京舉行海上聯絡機制第四輪專家組磋商。雙方確認了迄今就建立該機制達成的共識，就防務部門海空聯絡機制相關內容及有關技術性問題進行了協商，達成了一定共識。

雙方一致同意，在此輪磋商基礎上進行必要調整後，爭取早日啟動該機制。

報導稱，儘管只是一次兩國「課長級」磋商，卻吸引了外界的強烈關注，因為這是自日本政府將釣魚島國有化以來，兩國在時隔三年後首次恢復這一磋商。
