高鐵臨時董事會　董事求見殷琪被打槍

台灣高鐵即將在19日召開臨時董事會，代表公股的獨立董事陳世圯、林振國，想在董事會前找大陸工程董事長殷琪會面，卻被拒絕。

今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，高鐵公司已於昨天發出臨時董事會開會通知，據了解，雖然議程尚未出爐，但會中將談到財改案未過的因應方案，部分董事可能要求提出仲裁，正式向政府「宣戰」。

根據BOT合約，高鐵公司應就優待票未獲補貼、九二一地震導致工程款增加、政府高估運量等3件不可抗力情事，向政府提出3千億元仲裁。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
