歐盟堅持列恐怖組織哈瑪斯批不道德

歐洲聯盟法院去年12月裁定，必須將巴勒斯坦伊斯蘭主義團體哈瑪斯自歐盟恐怖主義黑名單上移除，歐盟外長會議今天決議提起上訴，此舉遭哈瑪斯抨擊。

歐盟外交首長茉格里尼（Federica Mogherini）說：「此裁定明顯是基於程序理由，但法院並未評估指定哈瑪斯是恐怖組織的價值。」

歐盟普通法院12月17日裁定，2001年將哈瑪斯列入黑名單並不是基於健全法律評斷，而是得自媒體和網際網路的結論。

對歐盟要上訴繼續把哈瑪斯列入恐怖組織黑名單，哈瑪斯發言人朱瑞（Sami Abu Zuhri）對法新社說：「歐盟堅持將哈瑪斯列入恐怖組織名單是不道德的作法，也反映出歐盟全面偏袒以色列的占領行為。」

他又說：「這讓以色列得以掩蓋對巴勒斯坦人民犯下的罪行。」

哈瑪斯自2007年起接管巴勒斯坦自治區加薩走廊。
