攻雲端不順 IBM執行長仍分紅自肥

（中央社北京31日綜合外電報導）彭博報導，儘管國際商業機器公司（IBM）2014年流年不利，不僅每股獲利逾10年來首度滑降，公司股價也重摔14%，但執行長羅睿蘭（Ginni Rometty）依然不忘分紅。

根據IBM向主管機關提交的申報資料，羅睿蘭將獲得360萬美元績效獎金，而今年她將喜獲加薪6.7%，至160萬美元，這是她2012年掌帥印以來首次調漲薪資。

羅睿蘭去年曾表示，鑑於「公司的整體全年業績」，IBM管理團隊傾向不根據2013年績效發放紅利獎金。

自此之後，IBM的情況一直沒有太大的改善。IBM公布營收連續11個季度衰退，主要受累硬體與服務需求不振，而IBM搶攻雲端運算與企業分析，力拚轉型，但成長速度卻不夠快，難以彌補銷售衰退與剝離旗下事業。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）1040131
