審批期已過 IOI入股101告吹

馬來西亞IOI集團發布新聞稿，表示決定取消以27.4億元令吉（新台幣251.4億元）從頂新集團手中購買台北101大樓37.17%的股權。

IOI集團向本地股市交易所表示，台灣經濟部投審會針對外國投資的3個月審批期已於3月5日到期，公司決定不延期，並將同步進行已支付的7億元訂金退款程序。

IOI去年12月指出，打算以27.4億元令吉購買台北101。

財政部上月指出，有信心拿下101董事會過半席次，粉碎IOI打算入股101的希望。

財政部長張盛和之前曾對這項交易表達憂慮，表示101不應落入外資之手。其他政治人物則施加壓力，要求投審會駁回這筆交易。
