研究: 臉書增加社交 但不會讓你更快樂

美國研究顯示，人們使用臉書的時間愈多，可能覺得與人連結的程度提高，但他們反而變得更不快樂。研究者用簡訊調查82名年輕人，發現這些人的臉書使用程度愈高，他們的心情就愈差。相對的，真實人際互動長時間下來讓人心情變好。
