中山高台南交流道增北出匝道 環差通過 中山高（國1）台南交流道北出車流大，造成台南市中山路（縣道182線）往市區方向長年 壅塞，交通部國道高速公路局經評估後，決定另增建一處北出匝道，全案今天通過環保署 環境影響差異專案審查，預訂年底動工，後年（105年）2月完工通車。 為促成這項對台南市來說攸關重大的公共工程，台南市工務局長吳宗榮及交通局長張政源 ，今天都親自出席環差審查會議。吳宗榮說，「我從高雄走國1開車到台南25分鐘，但下 了交流道走中山路到市府短短一段路，也要25分鐘。」由此可見中山路有多塞。 因此，市府與交通部共同研商，決定在距離現有北出匝道3、400公尺處，另增建一處北出 匝道連接裕農路，藉此減少匯入中山路車流。全案今天通過環差審查後，預訂年底動工， 施工期約14個月。 http://www.chinatimes.com/realtimenews/20140402003011-260405 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.164.3.37 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tainan/M.1396461813.A.80E.html
