四維航將跨足觀光休閒產業，興建位於宜蘭、台灣第一個大型日式庭園景觀主題的休閒度假園區「綠舞莊園」；董事長藍俊德表示，預計明年4月試營運。

這項投資是受到宜蘭縣政府大力支持的BOO（興建—擁有—營運）案，需僱用7成以上宜蘭當地居民；投資金額約新台幣22億元，其中土地成本約6億元，其餘超過16億元為營運及營建成本。

藍俊德希望，第1年就可以貢獻獲利，3到5年內可以回本，畢竟土地成本不算非常高。

園區除了原計畫的5.76頃土地範圍，並加入0.7公頃的景觀婚宴庭園，並認養北方及河道兩側各500公尺的自行車道及河堤步道，未來預計引進2艘全新50人座沿海客輪。

藍俊德說，這樣能將園區內的庭園景觀休閒活動，進一步延伸到宜蘭沿海，包含沿岸多變化的景觀、龜山島賞景及海洋下午茶等沿海活動，讓園區成為台灣獨一無二，結合陸上日式庭園及海上休閒活動的主題景觀度假園區。

藍俊德一直以來就對休閒飯店業相當有興趣。他分析，市場上商務型飯店過於競爭，他自己在日本從商30多年，非常嚮往日式花園的寧靜，於是與建築師黃世銘合作，將日式傳統嚴肅印象去除，加入現代設計的元素。(中央社)
