全球城市抗逆力排名　台北第34

地產投資集團高富諾（Grosvenor Group）周二公佈城市抗逆力（resilient cities）排行榜，按全球50大城市，面對氣候轉變和人口增長等負面事件和逆境的承受力和應變能力排名，加拿大多倫多、溫哥華、卡加利囊括前三名，第四到第十名的城市依序為美國芝加哥、匹茲堡、瑞典斯德哥爾摩、美國波士頓、瑞士蘇黎世、美國華盛頓、美國亞特蘭大。東京排26、香港30、新加坡32、台北34、首爾35、天津38、北京39、上海40、廣州43。抗逆力最弱五市為達卡、雅加達、開羅、馬尼拉、孟買。

報告指出，加拿大城市在管治、規劃、水和能源等資源的享用方面都表現良好。報告也指出榜末20市都來自新興市場，八個屬「金磚國」，顯示這些國家的經濟起飛未能提升質素和長期抗逆力，而不平等、基建差、環境退化等都削張這些城市逆境承受力。某些城市缺乏民主，亦構成長期障礙。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
