先生!您好,車被碰到是誰都會不開心,我自己也發生過跟你一樣的情形
可是請您好好想想,您買的是丙式車碰車,抓不到肇事者,任何一家產險公司當然都沒辦法陪給你
除非你找的到肇事逃逸的車主,這樣他們一定會賠的!(我是默默的認了)
當然,如果對方態度真的很不好,你可以申訴,只是請您換個角度想
台灣每天發生的車禍事故何其多,你是產險人員,你需要處理沒辦法處理的事務嗎?
況且你也說了,小錢自己還花得起,就不要太計較囉~
