四月分住了 東橫INN 東京神田秋葉原

這幾天才發現 沒有自動累積積分

傳真給飯店迄今無聲無息

請問一下:

1.如果傳真上面留EMAIL,東橫INN會回覆嗎?
2.下次去住難波東橫INN時,可以請櫃檯幫忙處理嗎? 因為是不同分店~~
