新北市長朱立倫昨提出調整財稅制度構想，他指出「賺錢企業不加薪要多繳稅」，對此，行政院長江宜樺今（9）日在立法院備詢時表示，不清楚朱立倫講的加稅，是加什麼稅？或修改哪種稅法及規定，目前無法評論，但可討論。

江宜樺下午答復國民黨立委李慶華詢問時表示，不管台北市長郝龍斌、或朱立倫評論關切的重點不一樣，有人要求讓勞工薪資提高，或在乎基本工資調整、得以水漲船高，但大家目標一樣，他們都關切物價不斷調漲，薪水夠不夠支付生活開銷，相關意見勞動部開會時一定討論，會虛心傾聽各種意見。。

至於基本工資調整問題，江宜樺說，已核定勞動部今年7月1日起調整至新台幣1萬9273元，明年後則由勞動部邀集勞資學政組成的工資審議委員會討論決定。

江宜樺指出，去年基本工資審議委員會曾決議「物價指數漲幅累積達3％」才再開會，但到目前為止未達標準。勞動部長潘世偉則說，要不要提早開會一事「可以討論」，一定會徵詢勞資雙方、學界代表意見，並非一定不開會，但不能把開會視為決定薪資一定調整。
