網傳不雅照 空軍：轉傳恐觸法

（中央社記者劉麗榮台北21日電）對網路近日流傳空軍女士官不雅照，空軍司令部今天表示，當事人已被懲處、退伍，網路轉傳照片恐涉「妨害風化」等罪，呼籲民眾勿轉傳。

媒體今天報導，空軍737聯隊2年前傳聞有男女士官在營區拍攝激情性愛光碟，當時空軍司令部調查稱已立即銷毀的性愛照，最近一星期臉書部分社團及PTTBOOK分享網站上，出現一組名為「震撼！國軍空軍女士官口X照」的性愛照，網友比對發現，正是兩年前被指為「傳聞」的性愛照。

空軍司令部今天表示，本案發生於民國100年間，對當事人均已依相關規定，分別核予2大過、2申誡行政懲處，並檢討不適服現役，101年4月1日退伍。

空軍指出，本案已於101年3月5日由某平面媒體披露；近期網路轉傳案內照片，已涉犯刑法第235條、第318條之1「妨害風化」及「妨害秘密」罪，籲請社會大眾勿轉傳相關照片，以免觸法。

空軍司令部強調，已要求所屬單位持恆宣導兩性營規管理規定，及恪遵守法、守紀觀念。1030821
