罰富味鄉4.6億 創新北紀錄

（中央社記者王鴻國新北市16日電）富味鄉公司涉混油事件，遭新北市政府衛生局裁罰新台幣800萬元，日前再裁罰4億6000萬元，已創下新北開罰金額最高紀錄。

衛生局副局長林金富今天表示，去年混油事件發生後，衛生局就依標示不實開罰800萬元，富味鄉公司也分期繳交罰款。

至於4.6億元行政處分金額，他說，是依衛福部計算富味鄉不法利得金額進行裁處，但因富味鄉公司提訴願，今年經中央召開訴願會審議並作出訴願裁定書，要求新北市處分內容應補述裁罰品項及理由。

林金富表示，在接獲中央裁定書後，依法發文富味鄉就內容疑義提出說明，否則2個月後就必須「另為適法之裁處」，由於富味鄉未函覆說明，2個月期限於13日到期，衛生局只好維持原裁罰內容送出處分書。

他表示，衛生局尊重富味鄉擬提行政救濟的權利，但裁處4.6億元的罰鍰金額，已創新北行政罰鍰的最高紀錄。1031016
