蔣丙煌曾是江揆在台大的上司

蔣丙煌目前是政務委員，負責督導科技及衛生福利相關業務。他曾任台大食品所所長，也曾擔任7年的台大教務長，江宜樺曾擔任台大副教務長，也就是擔任蔣丙煌的副手2年，兩人有深厚的交誼。

蔣丙煌是美國伊利諾大學食品科學博士，長期從事教育、研究以及學術行政工作，曾任台大食品科技研究所副教授、教授、所長、生物資源暨農學院院長、共同教育中心主任、教務長、台大食品科技研究所特聘教授。
