將索引標籤的bing刪除

明明週五(10/17)的時候已用"系統還原系統"
將新索引標籤變回原本單純 純有"經常瀏覽的網站"字樣
(當時的還原點 - 標註: 重大更新)
當天關機後 電腦自動更新
隔天上來不知是有下載些什麼 或者 電腦自動更新些什麼
就變成 新索引標籤上方 "多了bing搜尋"
然而又試了一次系統還原 , 但是卻沒有還原點

試問該如何將索引標籤回復原來純"經常瀏覽的網站"字樣?
如果無法下載,這東西對往後會有甚麼影響嗎?
這東西是肯定人為下載,還是電腦自動更新?
