省錢絕不是王道　吳寶春：未來成立檢驗室

食安問題人人自危，世界麵包冠軍師傅吳寶春昨表示，未來若有能力要成立檢驗室。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，吳寶春昨天在高市辦新書簽名會說，看到同業因油品「中鏢」為他抱屈，「有的真不知道食材來源有問題」，強調「省錢絕不是王道」，從不聽信上游廠商業務員說的折扣。

吳寶春向來慎選食材，他向上游廠商要規格書、切結與各項檢驗數據，他說，未來若有能力要成立檢驗室，雖然儀器貴、還要聘專業人員，但「一切值得！」（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
