長榮航空機票問題!!! - 2014-12-04, 10:09

昨天在燦星旅行社網站上訂了機票
輸入訂單的時候資料都正確
可是刷完卡結完帳
看到最後訂單才發現英文名字錯了
不僅名和姓顛倒，原本的姓也完全不對
昨天跟客服人員反應
但他們說已經開票了，無法更改，只能退票，就傳了退票申請書的EMAIL給我
但我打去航空公司問卻是沒有收到開票的消息
今天早上再打去航空公司問說已經開票了
跟旅行社聯絡得到的回應只是"我們稍後再回電話給您"
然後就沒消息了
請問各位我該怎麼做???
