迪士尼購買 實體票並郵寄

小弟透過迪士尼英文版的購票系統，購買了「實體票並郵寄」

想請問如果指定日期到貨時，無人可以收貨，貨運公司會如何處理呢?

1.擇日在寄送一次

2.退回迪士尼

另外想請問，若退回迪士尼，那這些票是否就像

用實體票預約方式的ㄧ樣，留在「售票處」或是「來賓服務處」等顧客來領取
