經濟部長鄧振中 立法院備詢

經濟部長鄧振中首次列席立法院經濟委員會備詢，針對新版電價方案表示，已確定的部份，就是把今年因燃料降價的部份，通通回饋給社會，估計退費在90到100億之間，可以確定這個錢不會不見。
