毛治國：施政核心是對人的關懷

行政院長毛治國說，面對這次地方選舉展現的新民意，他反省沉澱得到的心得，政府作為必須揚棄以「自我意志」為中心的思維，去體認「對人的關懷」的意義。

毛治國今日獲頒中華民國管理科學學會管理獎章。他在得獎感言時提到，提到改變，大家習慣講「變是唯一的不變」，但他對這句話有不同看法，他認為任何改變，都需要有不變的中心思想作為基礎。面對不同世代、族群、行業，各種對策都要回歸到「對人的關懷」的核心價值，大概就錯不了。
