歐蘭德：烏克蘭若有進展應解除對俄制裁

法國總統歐蘭德5日表示，烏克蘭危機若有進展，應解除西方對俄國的制裁。

他說：「若在解決烏克蘭危機上有進展，現在應停止對俄國制裁，若無進展，則維持制裁。」
