2014年的PCB產業景氣回升，南亞電路板(8046-TW)在去年營收也呈現回升，南亞電路板今年公布2014年全年營收349.68億元，較2013年的323.52億元成長8.09%；同時，南電在去年第4季積極處分轉投資的華亞科(3474-TW)股票，也其全年獲利有精進的效果，更確保南電今年的轉虧為盈。

南電今（6）日公布去年12月營收為25.35億元，較去年同月下滑4.5%，而2014年南電全年營收349.68億元，較2013年的323.52億元成長8.09%。

南電2014年12月22日至12月31日以每股48.93元處分華亞科技股票7950張，其處分利益約1.87億元，貢獻每股稅後盈餘近0.29元。南電在這次處分後仍持有華亞科7.69萬張，對於華亞科持股比例1.18%。

南電2014年1-3季稅後盈餘13.28億元，每股稅後盈餘為2.06元。
