颱風擾菲　教宗穿雨衣為重災區祈福

教宗方濟各今天抵達菲律賓獨魯萬市(Tacloban)，為民眾舉行祈福儀式。

據英國《CNN》報導，獨魯萬曾經是2013年強颱海燕侵襲之下的重災區，奪走數千人生命，因此教宗今前往為當地民眾祈福。但碰巧的是，今年第1號颱風米克拉正好在菲律賓附近，因此獨魯萬當地今日也風強雨大。不過民眾未減熱情，仍然熱烈歡迎教宗，而教宗也穿上輕便雨衣為民眾祈福。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
