標題[問題] 低費率或預付卡的選擇？

最近7-11的377合約到期 想轉為如意卡,但如意卡要有一個中華門號幫忙儲值... 所以也不能用如意卡 打電話不多,希望有微量上網可以收LINE跟GPS定位就好 應該轉哪間的預付卡或是月租比較好呢？ 感謝 --
