喧騰一時的台北捷運殺人案！新北地方法院在今（6）日下午，依據鄭捷犯下的4死24傷具體犯罪事實，判處鄭捷4個死刑，22個5到8年的有期徒刑。

對於今日宣判一事，台北捷運殺人魔鄭捷不僅不在意，還直接遞狀拒絕出庭聽判，而被合議庭法官拒絕。

不過根據了解，，鄭捷在得知拒絕出庭聽判的要求被法官駁回後，就開始發脾氣，連北所的管理員都拿他沒辦法，最後只好向新北地院求援；最後是在新北地院派出優勢警力，並由法警室副警長出馬押陣後，才將鄭捷帶出看守所押上警備車。

對於自己所犯下的冷血犯行，鄭捷在先前即表示，沒什麼好後悔，做了就做了，對於宣判結果，也表示：「判我死刑也不在意，新北地院就是要判我死刑，並且想趕快判一判，把案件送去二審。」絲毫不見悔意。
