摩根大通為馬多夫案支付26億美元

摩根大通公司將支付26億美元，和解未阻止馬多夫龐氏騙局招致的刑事與民事指控，也寫下足令銀行業警惕的案例，說明銀行業可能會因為客戶的不法行為而遭到懲罰。

曼哈頓聯邦檢察官巴拉拉說，摩根大通逃過起訴的處分，但在與政府達成的協議中承認，公司約15年來一直忽略馬多夫利用他的帳戶行詐的警告。
