南茂承銷價訂每股26.5元

IC封測廠南茂（8150）今日與承銷商共同議定承銷價格為每股26.5元，預定本月11日上市掛牌交易。

主辦承銷商元大寶來證券表示，南茂這次開放申購張數1,850張，今日完成訂價後，4月7日將進行電腦抽籤，4 月11日正式掛牌上市，南茂此次上市釋股，預定募集5.76億元資金。
