快閃速食店　搶先開賣韓式炸雞

美國漢堡連鎖店IN-N-OUT去年年底來台快閃，臨時漢堡店只賣3小時就賣光了，這招期間限定臨時櫃果然成功帶來人潮與新鮮感，專賣台式烤雞的21世紀風味館，為了開發新商圈，也首度擺出期間限定臨時櫃，即日起首站設在轉運站共構的統一阪急百貨，一方面可以測試人潮，另一方面也搶先開賣4/4才上市的韓式炸雞，讓民眾搶先嘗鮮，預計母親節前一周撤櫃，未來也不排除不定期推出期間限定臨時櫃，增加民眾新鮮感。 （楊智雯∕台北報導）
