大陸商標已註冊 走海運到台灣(台灣也有註冊 申請中)

以前在大陸都會批手機架來台賣
但那手機架 在這幾天發現商標被註冊
認真上網查 在大陸已經取得註冊證明(前幾天剛取得)
台灣也有人註冊(但是是申請中)
而我批的賣家 卻不是他註冊

想問
如果我走海運到台灣 商品會不會被扣在海關?
而從大陸出口 要附商標授權書嗎?
如果要 我要如何處理?
