「南半球時鐘」 數字反轉針逆行

南美洲國家玻利維亞拉巴斯市（La Paz）國會大樓外的時鐘，數字編排方向調轉，時針分針也反傳統，逆時針方向運行。

玻利維亞外長喬克萬卡（David Choquehuanca）親自示範把日晷棒子插在地上，顯示南半球的日影以逆時針方向移動，強調這是南半球時鐘，「誰說時鐘一定要順時針轉動？為何我們要服從？為何我們不能有點創意？」

政府計劃在全國公共機構外掛上新時鐘，但市民大感不便，「這樣做會造成混淆，大家不習慣這樣看時間」。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
