西班牙國王盃半準決賽第一回合，巴塞隆納主場迎戰馬德里競技，馬競上一輪解決強隊皇家馬德里晉級來勢洶洶，巴塞靠著明星前鋒Lionel Messi在85分鐘時的神奇補射，1：0收下首戰勝利。

巴塞整場創造許多進球機會，可惜Suarez兩球門前絕佳機會都踢高，馬競「托雷斯王子」Fernando Torres也錯失一個單挑機會，想從Pique腳間射門卻被Pique機警擋下。

85分鐘時巴塞終於迎來了進球契機，Messi開任意球，己方中場Sergio Busquets在禁區內遭馬競後衛Juanfran推倒，獲得了一個點球由Messi操刀，第一時間被馬競門將Jan Oblak撲出但Oblak奮力左撲導致失位，加上球彈不遠，Messi快速上前補射破網，在比賽的最後五分鐘，這一球幾乎就等於一勝，價值連城。
