【Dr說】真的假的　樟腦丸防腳臭

台灣天氣潮溼，許多民眾有腳臭、香港腳的困擾，網路流傳，將樟腦丸壓成細粉，撒在鞋底後再墊上鞋墊，可抑制黴菌，避免腳臭及香港腳。台北長庚醫院皮膚科主治醫師黃毓惠說，樟腦丸的特殊氣味，雖可掩蓋腳臭，但卻不能殺死黴菌，也無法治療香港腳，樟腦丸防腳臭是治標不治本，民眾若有腳臭問題應勤換鞋襪，有香港腳則應就醫治療。

黃毓惠說，台灣天氣潮溼、個人腳部易流汗等因素，都會讓腳部經常處在潮濕的環境中，易孳生黴菌，當黴菌分解汗漬、腳部皮屑時，就會產生異味，而黴菌感染也會造成香港腳，因此平時應穿易吸汗的棉質襪子、透氣度佳的鞋子，以防腳部潮濕、黴菌孳生，一旦腳縫出現搔癢、脫皮等症狀，應盡速就醫治療，以防症狀惡化。（沈能元／台北報導）
