摩鐵內蓋殯葬設施新北重罰停工

媒體報導有葬儀社業者違法在已經歇業的汽車旅館裡經營殯葬業務，對此新北市民政局今天表示，原本在三重區環河北路的葬儀社業者「三蘆關懷會館」，因為用地辦理市地重劃，因此計畫遷移到蘆洲區環堤大道已經歇業的荷堤汽車旅館繼續營業，造成居民疑惑及不安，工務局拆除大隊表示已在2月27號上午會同殯葬處、農業局會勘，並要求現場停工；新北市殯葬處今天也再次呼籲業者不要挑戰公權力，並表示若業者在限期內沒有任何改善作為，市府將依法裁處重罰最高150萬元，且將連續裁罰到情況改善。
