3G預付卡可以在辦手機時轉4G嗎? 還有網路速度!

目前我用著3G預付卡，我想辦一隻4G手機的專案，可以去辦那個專案之後直接轉成4G 還是先去電信公司把我的3G預付卡轉成4G月租的再去辦手機專案呢?

那請問我目前用台灣大哥大的3G預付卡上網，跟4G的月繳799 上網傳輸量3GB超過限速128KB 他們上網速度一樣嗎? 麻煩大大們的努力回答了!
