桃園有女子與吳姓男友吵架，請就讀國中的表妹小蘭當和事佬，3人酒後同睡一床，半夜女子感覺床在搖晃，醒來卻見表妹與男友在嘿咻。

今日出刊的《自由時報》報導，表姊被搖醒後見到吳男與小蘭在嘿咻，怒問「你們在幹嘛！」痛打吳男並將小蘭帶走，隔天小蘭指控吳男趁酒醉時性侵，吳男否強暴，法官查出，小蘭在案發後曾與吳男私下對話，透露「不知道怎麼面對姊姊，所以才說被強暴。」桃園地院法官從雙方事後對話及表姊醒來的證詞，認為吳男無乘人酒醉之際性侵，判他無罪。（胡治言／綜合報導）
