先使用樞紐分析表
讓男女自動加總

最上面那個"將分頁位置拖移到這裡"不理他
左手邊是不要加總的項目(請拖曳姓名)
"將分頁位置拖移到這裡"的下面那格可以拖曳的就拖曳性別
在下面那格 是要加總的位置 再把性別拖曳到那裏
下面就會產生加總

若人數增加了基本工作表人數增加了
在樞紐分析表中點一下右鍵"樞紐分析表精靈"
然後按回上一步 可以更改選取範圍 這樣就會自動再加總 也不用再拖曳一次

圓餅圖的話 看你是要哪種圓餅圖 有立體圓餅圖 分裂圓餅圖 等等

先選取 樞紐分析表的 " 男" "女"
按住CTRL 在選取 樞紐分析表最下方總計那一欄男跟女的個別總和數字
複製到一個新的工作表上
新的工作表上 應該只有 "男" "女" 和 兩個數字
選取之後 圖表精靈 選擇自己需要的圓餅圖種類
接下來兩個下一步之後
資料標籤 勾選百分比

之後就照上訴所說 增加資料時 改樞紐分析表的選取範圍
新的工作表示圖表的根據 所以樞紐分析表的總合出來後
改一下男女總合的個數 圖表就會自己改變了
