白牌車爭議未解　Uber身價400億美元

任何產業，只要與網路沾上邊，都很有發展潛力，卻也隱含未知風險。
 
今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，手機叫車服務Uber(優步)因為沒有計程車營運執照，在多個國家惹出爭議，南韓檢方昨起訴Uber美籍創辦人卡拉尼克(Travis Kalanick)及與Uber合作的南韓租車業者。
 
另《中央社》報導，儘管Uber面臨非法營運的質疑，但在高度網路化的世界中，消費者與Uber一拍即合，加上投資銀行推波助瀾，美國華爾街評估，成立僅5年的Uber，市值已高達400億美元。
 
但Uber利用債務形式取得初期資金，再透過融資快速擴張，接著辦理公開上市拉抬身價，槓桿操作風險極高。Uber駕駛良莠不齊，在全世界發生不少法律問題，前景也面臨考驗。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
