如題，一開始我在下標後隔了一天想修改訂單，結果賣家隔天就出貨了，我很緊張的問悄悄他說是沒看到嗎？賣家卻說他包貨包一整天說我沒有提修改

但現在已經來不及了，貨已經出了，我又跟賣家反應說應該要等逾期直接退回還是自己將他退回，但他說我還是要付運費，我就有點火了 ...
對方沒有看到修改訂單不是我的問題吧，況且我是在他出貨前一天提的，應該沒理由看不到吧
請問一下是我的問題嗎？！
我能提棄標嗎 ........
