（中央社倫敦14日綜合外電報導）英國媒體今天報導，女王伊麗莎白二世（Queen Elizabeth II）希望蘇格蘭人「非常謹慎地思考」，是否要在各界密切關注的公投中，決定成為獨立國家。

根據報導，女王在她蘇格蘭巴爾莫勒爾（Balmoral）行宮附近做禮拜後表示，「我希望人們非常謹慎地思考未來」。

白金漢宮（Buckingham Palace）消息人士告訴路透社：「這是完全不偏袒任何一方的說法，強化了此事要由蘇格蘭人決定的想法。」

「女王在憲法上保持中立，超然於政治之上，她也總是表示，這蘇格蘭人要決定的事情。」

民調顯示，贊成與反對蘇格蘭獨立的支持率現在不相上下，雙方陣營都極力爭取心意未定的選民。

支持獨立的蘇格蘭國家黨（Scottish NationalParty）表示，如果蘇格蘭獨立，會由選民決定是不是要保留君主。
