餐廳名稱：水蛙園 消費時間：2014年/9月 地址：台北市大同區歸綏街206號 電話：(02) 2557-7811 營業時間：11:30~14:00，17:30~21:00 網誌圖文版:http://greeniehello.blogspot.tw/2014/09/blog-post_12.html 繼上次在宜蘭福州客棧，對福州菜留下好印象後， 這次來到大稻埕的水蛙園吃福州系小吃。 店家既供應多人同吃的炒菜，也有一人份簡便麵食。 醋溜麵勾著濃芡，夠酸也甜，有些像台南的鱔魚意麵。麵條在醬汁中打撈上來，滑溜好入 喉；大魯麵滋味很家常，像是台式炒麵但湯汁較濃稠，卻不如醋溜麵的厚重，走的是中庸 。 什錦炒意麵，是用一片炸過的麵條，加上調料去炒，形似台南鍋燒意麵，口感特別又美味 。麵條浸過湯水只留下些許脆度，更多的是內韌耐嚼；而紅糟排骨吃來好過癮。滿滿一盤 裹著香甜紅糟的排骨，肉腴還散發酒氣，綴著一些脆筍，一口肉一口筍，醬汁再拌上白飯 ，不知不覺多扒好幾口。 水蛙園不如大稻埕幾處標誌性小吃有名氣，但食物頗有特色，自成一家，下次想多揪幾個 吃貨來這點滿一桌菜哪。 -- 更多美食訊息:http://greeniehello.blogspot.tw/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.193.169.19 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1410828764.A.3F8.html
