[一般] 日光節約時間調整（夏令時）

開水的時間伺服器是設在美國西岸，有日光節約時間
每年三月及十月，都是日光節約時間的調整日
美西時區的冬令時間即將結束，改為夏令時
調整時間：2015年3月8日 凌晨02:00（美西當地時間）、3月8日 下午17:00（台灣時間）調整完畢
屆時產寶時間、飢餓時間有可能會調快一小時，請魚友注意
另外，簽到時間也將在3月9日起更改為15:00開始
請魚友也多多注意新的簽到時間囉！
到了要調整的時間，開水官方應該會再一次公告詳細的時程。

補充：
由於夏令時的切換，3月8日當天僅有23小時可簽到（3月8日下午16:00~3月9日下午15:00），請魚友留意簽到時間。
